I’ve been taking medication for a number of years for my thyroid, which my doctor advised me to continue forever, but I recently learned of a lovely, straightforward, and incredibly powerful system which was called TSHC AT& AS. To mine and my doctors amazement not more tablets.

I am a retired physician and my knowledge base was gained in university in the uk, and through my learning that when growing older we look forward to lower back pain, and stiff hips and joints because this is all part of the aging process. These aliments I have been suffering with for many years. I learned about the TSHC system through research, and attended a seven-day workshop, and adopted a basic TCM diet and then started to practice this simple yet incredibly powerful tapping and stretching techniques. I discovered that you can truly live a life free of stiffness, and arthritis because according to Chinese medicine this is from blockages in the microcirculation and energy blockages in the meridian channels which you can actually clear by practising this system daily, I do not suffer from any of the above any longer which has made my question what I have ben taught and understood.

I was told I would need a knee replacement because, as a personal trainer, I had put a lot of stress on my knees from lifting heavy weights and a lot rugby in my younger years.

I first learned about this system through a remarkable video that I saw on YouTube, which actually brought tears to my eyes. I felt a sense of a soul tribe and a calling.

I was genuinely fascinated by this practice and what emerged, not only I had a visual effects from my body but also memories from when I was a child came up. I am extremely excited and looking forward to the seven-day workshop.

I recently attended a one-day live workshop, as a chef who works long hours, it can be very stressful at times. I have learnt through simple techniques and intension how to quickly shift my mental state from being extremely stressed out to feeling calm and empowered in just fifteen minutes. WOW

I know that this is a practice and not a quick fix, and I am looking forward to deeper healing.

I attended two short one-day workshops and was completely astounded by the knowledge of the TSHC team. As well as the practice’s and incredible effectiveness in treating both physical problems, like my sore knee, but also providing mental clarity in such a short space of time.
